Conditions of Recruitment:• Current hiring requirement is 50–60 workers per month from India.

Obligations:• A refundable security deposit of ₹1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) is required at the time of signing the Offer Letter (applicable in case of loan provision).
• The deposit will be refunded on the day following successful completion of the first 6 months (probation period) of official employment in Singapore.
• If a candidate withdraws, cancels the process, discontinues employment, or fails to perform satisfactorily, she must reimburse the loan amount proportional to the remaining duration of financial support provided during recruitment.
• In such cases, the candidate will also bear the cost of her return air ticket.
